International Symposium on Porous Materials 2026

The 33rd Zeolite Summer School and the 8th International Symposium on Porous Materials (ISPM2026) will be held at the KKR Kamakura Wakamiya in the city of Kamakura, during August 30 - September 1, 2026.

Often referred to as “the Kyoto of the east”, Kamakura is a seaside city about a one-hour train ride from Tokyo. It is famous for its temples and literary heritage, as well as its beaches and hiking trails.

Accommodations

Participants will stay at the symposium venue, KKR Kamakura Wakamiya.
Accommodation will be provided in traditional Japanese-style rooms, typically shared by four participants.
The accommodation fee is approximately JPY 24,200 for a two-night stay, including breakfast.
The same rate applies to both general participants and students.
If you have any special requests, such as a single room, a Western-style room, or other accommodation preferences, please do not hesitate to contact the Secretariat by e-mail.
